Hertz Car Rental, a giant company in car rental services has planned to introduce more Electric Vehicles (EV) to it’s Californian fleet. About 100 new cars are to join the Green Collection of the company. The company currently offers Toyota Prius, Nissan Altima Hybrid, SmartforTwo and fewer others.

The new cars that are being added in January will have a distance limit of 90-120 miles per single charge. These vehicles can be easily charged from any normal electrical socket.

Hertz has arranged a program for the launch of these electric vehicles on 6th of Dec, that is the same date of publishing of this article. The program will offer a test drive for the registered users of Hertz family. New people can register here for the test drive.
