Suzuki Hayabusa

Every one of us has heard about Suzuki Hayabusa motorcycles, it’s one of the fastest bikes available in the whole market. It just takes 2.3 seconds to catch the speed of 60 kmph and has a whopping top speed of 296kmph. Doesn’t it sound exciting? It carries a powerful engine of 1340 cc delivering a max power of 186.45PS at a max torque of 146.02Nm. This machine delivers a fuel economy of 15 liters which sufficient from such an engine.

I felt too good when I heard that Suzuki bikes had launched Hayabusa bikes in India and hence is available for sale directly from showrooms. Now no need to import the bike, as the taxes increases the cost of bike two times from the actual price. The bike is costing around Rs 1365000, in Mumbai. I would choose Honda Civic rather than purchasing this bike, because luxury is an essential thing of life. This doesn’t means the bike is not good, it’s one of the extreme machines ever produced by human beings which runs so fast on road that we can’t even judge about what has passed away from us. The company has just made a target of selling 150 units per year, which is I guess a very smart step by company, as the bike will mostly be purchased by the racing enthusiasts with a lot of money and the combination of both these things is very rare.
